Return policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are unhappy then simply return it to us within 30 days.
All returned products require an RMA# & must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned products must be returned in their original factory condition including the box & all box contents etc.
All returns are subject to final approval & to inspection.
All Non defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Some products are not returnable:
All consumables, expendables such as light bulbs, tape, gel & special effect fluids etc are not returnable once opened or used unless defective.
All software, PC based & downloadable products etc are not returnable once opened or used unless defective.
All Blizzard Lighting products are not returnable unless defective.
Custom, special order or fabricated products are not returnable unless defective.
B stock, open box, used or discontinued products not returnable unless defective unless otherwise listed.
Damaged or defective items:
Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item then contact us.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund or credit to the gift giver once they are notified about your return.
Shipping:
To return your product, you must ship it only to the address listed on your RMA.
Please list the RMA# on the outside of the box or shipping label etc also include a copy of the RMA & a copy of your original receipt or invoice inside the box.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged etc.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.
If you are shipping an item over $25 then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance etc. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts etc for any reason not due to our error etc.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet then first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet then please contact us.
Our return / refund policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we can’t return the item or offer you a refund etc.
